Because our products include original artwork and digital downloads, all sales are final.
Digital Products
All digital embroidery patterns (PDF downloads) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy protects the integrity of our original designs and artwork.
Physical Products
Due to the handmade nature of our products and the inclusion of original artwork, returns and refunds are not accepted on physical items, including finished embroidery hoops and embroidery kits.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your physical item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once purchased. Physical orders may be canceled before shipping; once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
